ONEENO / SET-UP

Not a standard assistant.
A team that works the way you do.

A lawyer can start from the statute or from the latest rulings. He can avoid grey areas or explore them, consult your own model contracts or only public sources. At Oneeno you decide, per team member. This page shows what you can set; at installation we go through it together, so you don’t have to redo his work afterwards.

SIX QUESTIONS PER TEAM MEMBER

The same six questions.
Your answers make the difference.

For every team member, business and personal, we discuss the same six topics. The answers differ per profession and per owner.

01

Order of work

Where he starts and what weighs most. A lawyer: first the statute, then case law. A researcher: first your own files, then the open web.

02

Sources

Where he gets his information: public registers, trade journals, your own library, or databases you subscribe to. You choose them; we connect them.

03

Guardrails

Where he doesn’t look and what he never does. No forums without a reference, no figures shared outside without your approval, no advice on topics you exclude.

04

Level

How deep he goes: an answer in a few sentences, or thorough research with the heaviest model and more sources.

05

Attitude

Strict or pragmatic, cautious or ambitious. Every risk named, or only what really counts and what it costs.

06

Delivery

How you receive the work: short, as a one-page memo, as an outline for a presentation or as a report. In your tone.

PER TEAM MEMBER / A SELECTION

This is how far it goes.
Per profession, per owner.

Per team member, the settings we discuss most often. Every list is a beginning: at installation sources are added or removed, and we write out rules that apply only to you.

HOW WE SET IT UP

Take your time.
It is the start of your team.

A good set-up takes a conversation, not a project. After that your team works the way you want.

01

The conversation

Per team member we go through the questions from our playbook with you: order of work, sources, guardrails, level, attitude and delivery. You don’t need to prepare anything; we start from how you work now.

02

The set-up

We turn your answers into settings, connect the databases you choose and write out your guardrails. With Signature every team member then does a trial on your own material.

03

Adjusting

Afterwards you adjust every team member yourself in the app. And a request that differs from the setting always comes first.

WHAT YOU SET TODAY

A considered start.
Not a straitjacket.

Add or remove sources

A new subscription, or a journal you no longer trust: you change the list and he works with it from the next task.

Level up or down

Quick and short for a check in between, thorough for an investment decision.

Rules looser or stricter

A guardrail that turns out too tight, you relax. One that is missing, you add.

How much tailoring

With Personal we set up the basics together. Executive adds an intake per profession; with Signature we write out the guardrails per team member, connect your own sources and every team member does a trial. Extra team members for your field: three with Executive and ten with Signature included.

The settings on this page are examples; at installation we tune them to you. Paid databases you choose yourself and subscribe to with the provider; we connect them.
