Founder
The founder, Bauke Bokma de Boer (53), built Oneeno out of his own frustration and years of experience. As an entrepreneur he went through great successes, but also through deep lows. The companies he founded for his own product ideas sold more than 1 million products together, with a turnover of over € 70 million, and one of his inventions has already saved billions of litres of clean drinking water.
He left all of that behind to find out whether you could turn vacancies and people into skills, so that projects can be matched to skills effectively: everyone satisfied, no more hassle with endless application procedures, misfits and failing projects. He started using AI models for this early on.
Now, years later, having learned a lot and earned little, the world has changed fast. People matter above all to trade with, walk with and celebrate life with, but knowledge and production are becoming more and more common property. Because of AI.
That is why Bauke decided to help entrepreneurs and professionals: give everyone their own team behind them. A team of highly educated AI agents (team members) who are ready for you 24/7, consult each other, help you, have the latest information and may well be the smartest at the table. But they work for you: made to measure, and they know your private life and your business. No one can catch you off guard any more and you are always well prepared. Without sending prompts or having to explain everything again. Just by talking, with your assistant and a team of professionals behind them.
A standard consumer assistant is not enough: it is too limited by laws and regulations and by a consumer price.
