Oneeno · technology

AI knows the world.
Your team knows your world.

Your business. Your figures. Your documents. Your preferences. Your calendar. Your profession. Oneeno brings that knowledge together and builds your personal Business and Personal team around it.

Here is how it works, technically.

Architecture

One AI core. Your world around it.

Oneeno consists of several layers that work together. The core provides intelligence and coordination. Your Fit determines what matters to you. Around it sits the knowledge and information your team needs to get to work straight away.

The ring model: the core with language models, the Fit, the Ready for you ring, and the integrations as the edge CORE Intelligence fast · work · deep · heavy new search deep thinking · inbox FIT what counts, and how much profile · sources · vocabulary methods · your experience READY FOR YOU your folders: always, versioned new and familiar: refreshed nightly restaurants · travel · sport · culture projects · market · figures · contacts INTEGRATIONS CALENDAR · MAIL · SYSTEMS every night YOU your question instant no match? the closer to you, the faster fetched ahead called live, in seconds open slot for partners Calendar and mail Chamber of Commerce register Telephony and voice News and trade sources Weather, travel time Reviews CRM Accounting Paid databases Your service?open slot for partners
INTEGRATIONS READY FOR YOU FIT CORE night YOU instant no match?
●Ready for you. Your folders, files and figures: always there, versioned. Alongside them, the newest and the familiar together, by topic: restaurants, travel, sport, culture, projects, market, figures, contacts. Refreshed every night. Instantly within reach.
●Fit. What counts for you and how much: profile, sources, vocabulary, methods and what you have experienced.
●Core. The intelligence that listens, reasons, delegates and directs the team: fast, work, deep, heavy, with a reserve. It thinks and searches when needed; longer work lands in your inbox.

The integrations. Filled: fetched ahead. Open: called live, in seconds. Dotted: open slot.

FIG. 1The ring model. During the day your question starts in Ready for you (solid line); only if nothing fits does it go to the core (dotted). Every night the scouts fill Ready for you, using your Fit and the integrations on the edge. Filled diamonds fetch ahead; open diamonds are called live, the moment they are needed.

1 · Core

The intelligence that listens, reasons, delegates and directs specialist team members.

2 · Your Fit

Your preferences, priorities, way of working and rules. Not what is good on average, but what is good for you.

3 · Ready for you

Your current working layer: files, figures, knowledge and relevant information your team can use straight away.

4 · Integrations

The connection to your calendar, mail, documents, business software and the other systems your team works with.

The core

One team. Different kinds of intelligence.

Not every task calls for the same model. A conversation calls for speed. A complex analysis calls for more reasoning power. Specialist research calls for depth.

Oneeno decides per task which intelligence is needed, and has specialist team members work together on the result.

Deepfor example Claude Opus 5.5

Heavyfor example Claude Fable 5.1

Reservefor example Mistral (EU)

Continuity when a model or service is unavailable.

FIG. 2The model table. The dots are indicative, relative to each other.

Oneeno can use different AI models for this. The models in use may change; your team's setup and way of working remain.

The rings make this possible. Because Ready for you and your Fit are already up front, a light model in the conversation can still give an answer that fits you exactly. What is fixed is also reused instead of read again every time: faster and cheaper.

Fit

Not what is good on average. What is good for you.

Your Fit turns preferences into choices.

Oneeno remembers not only that you like something, but also how much it weighs for you. Distance, quality, price, speed, style, source quality and other criteria can all count differently.

FIG. 3CExample calculation with invented restaurants. Oud & Vertrouwd has a higher rating, but from a source this owner weighs lightly, and it is not new. A favourite from your own experience gets its own place in the answer, next to the newest.

Why in code and not in the language model: a language model does not weigh numbers the same way every time. The model does what it is good at: reading from a review whether something is new and how it is rated. The code does the arithmetic. That makes the answer fast and explainable.

The result is not a generic recommendation, but a choice that fits your priorities.

With the same data, criteria and weights, the calculation is reproducible. If your preferences or the available information change, the outcome can change too.

In tune

You don't have to train Oneeno. You get to know each other by working together.

During setup we capture the most important preferences, knowledge, sources, rules and ways of working. From then on, your Fit is sharpened by what you choose, adjust, confirm and add.

Set up → Use → Adjust → Remember → Ever more in tune

You stay in control. Not every single action has to become a new preference. The team tells one-off choices apart from information that is relevant to you over time.

Set up

One conversation per topic: restaurants, travel, sport, culture; for business, one per team member. The assistant proposes weights, you confirm or adjust. You connect your folders, sources and systems; we don't see the content.

Knows you

After a dinner, event or meeting, a short question: how was it? The answer goes into Ready for you and shifts your Fit. What she infers quietly, she checks with you once a day.

Prepares

Every night the scouts set out with your Fit: what's new in your area, on your topics, from your sources, and what's happening in your market and projects.

Thinks ahead

An appointment elsewhere in your calendar puts the scouts to work in that area. A weekend in Lisbon becomes a travel plan with tables, courts and openings that suit you, ready before you leave.

Ready for you

Your team doesn't have to start from scratch every time.

Much of AI starts every task from scratch: searching, reading and gathering context. Oneeno makes sure relevant knowledge and information can already be available before you ask.

Ready for you is your team's current working layer.

It holds your own documents, figures and company information, supplemented with relevant information gathered and prepared for you in advance.

Night and day

Prepared at night. Straight to work by day.

While you're not working, scouts can gather, check, organise and update information. So your team starts the next day with a head start.

During the day the team uses what is already prepared and processes new information. It can create and edit documents, run calculations, save new versions, look up information and carry out tasks.

"I have three. Bistro Noord, open three weeks and highly rated in the magazine you weigh heavily. Zuid, with a new chef since Monday. And your favourite, De Kade, where you loved the food; do park at the back, though."

"What do the new Dutch box 3 rules mean for the rent on the canal-side properties?" Your CFO answers right away: the properties, the leases and the rules were already in place, updated overnight.

Prepared where possible. Live where needed.

Examples with invented names. With every choice you hear why, so you notice the team knows you.

Your information

Your own information is not an attachment. It is part of your team.

Documents, spreadsheets, reports, project folders and other relevant information become part of your Oneeno team's working environment.

So a CFO doesn't have to keep asking which forecast is the right one, and a strategist doesn't have to reread the same background papers again and again.

Your team keeps working. Without losing your previous work.

Adjust a forecast yourself? Then the team works with that new version. The CFO changes something? That is recorded as a new version too.

That way you can see what has changed, and the team carries on with the current information without simply overwriting earlier versions.

Versions of a forecast: Monday, Tuesday, and today from the car, followed by a presentation FORECAST NORTH BRIDGE · VERSION HISTORY v12 Monday you, at the office v13 Tuesday CFO: rate updated v14 today 08:42, in the car "raise the steel price by 8 percent" PRESENTATION "Steel scenario", three slides ready before you arrive WHAT CHANGED IN V14 steel price €1,240 → €1,339/t margin 11.8% → 10.1% v13 is kept every version: when, who or which team member, what changed; restored with one sentence example with invented figures

FIG. 5Versions of a forecast, example with invented figures. Every change is a new version; the previous one is kept and can be restored.

Always there

Your folders, files, figures and company information never need to be searched for. They are ready, and the team knows them.

Editable

Say what needs to change, even on the road. The team member in charge adjusts it: the CFO the forecast, the writer the presentation.

Versioned

Every change can be traced: when, by whom or which team member, and what changed. "Set the forecast back to Tuesday" is one sentence.

Specialists

Not one AI that does a bit of everything. Specialists who work together.

A financial question doesn't just go to a language model. The CFO uses your figures and projects. The strategist looks at the consequences for the business. The lawyer can assess the relevant terms or risks.

When a task touches several disciplines, the specialist team members work together.

Every CFO can do the maths. Your CFO calculates with your projects.

A CFO who proposes a cheaper alloy for a bridge to raise the margin calculates correctly and thinks wrongly. Your CFO knows the projects, has been briefed by the chief engineer through the shared project file, and puts nothing up for signature without the lawyer. Everything he needs is in Ready for you: no big search, just an immediate answer. The same core, but a different team.

Integrations

Your team doesn't work alongside your systems. It works with them.

Oneeno can be connected to the systems that matter for your work: for example calendar, mail, documents, business software and other data sources.

Technical adapters let different systems work with the team in a controlled way.

An integration is an adapter: a fixed piece of code per service, with the owner's key, fixed schemas and a fallback if the service briefly does not respond. A new integration does not touch the rest. There are two kinds. Most fetch ahead: at night or on every change, so it is in Ready for you. Others are called live, the moment they are needed: a name in the Chamber of Commerce register, a call, the current travel time. That takes a few seconds. The owner switches on every integration personally, and can revoke it.

What is already known is ready. What needs to be current is fetched live.

Not every question has to go back to the internet. Your own documents, known data and prepared information can be available straight away.

When current information is needed, such as a price, availability, a change or a recent development, the team uses the right current source or integration for it.

What is already prepared can be used straight away.

Because relevant context can be available in advance, the team doesn't have to gather the same information again for every task.

For engineers

Your team has its own working environment.

Your Fit, knowledge, files and relevant data are not treated as one big general prompt. Oneeno organises them as parts of your own working environment, so specialist team members can work with the same current context in a controlled way.

Every owner has their own separate data and working environment.

Every owner has their own instance on their own server, with their own database. There is no shared pool of customer data. The components talk to each other through fixed interfaces, so each one can be replaced on its own: a different voice model, a different language model provider, a new adapter.

Origin

Know what your team bases its work on.

Good AI is not only about the answer, but also about the information that answer is based on. That is why, where relevant, Oneeno takes into account the source, timeliness, version and origin of information.

So the team can tell your own data, prepared information and current external sources apart.

Why this is technically smart

Faster, leaner, explainable, and yours

Fast

What is already prepared can be used straight away. The team doesn't have to gather the same information again for every task. That is why a question never feels like a prompt.

Lean

A light model where possible, the heavy one where needed, with a ceiling per task. The scouts work at night, when there is capacity. You pay per use on your own key.

Explainable

The Fit calculation is in code, with the reason for every choice. The same question gives the same order.

Yours

A dedicated server and database per owner. Your sources stay separate and are never shared. A backup is readable without us.

Extensible

One adapter per service and one engine for every topic: restaurants, golf, padel, galleries, clubs, or your CFO's field.

Robust

A reserve model if a provider fails, retries on an integration, and a test centre that approves every new version.

The examples on this page use invented names.

Made to measure

This is what 'made to measure' means at Oneeno.

Not a different-coloured app.
Not a longer system prompt.
Not just an AI that remembers your name.

A team set up around your knowledge, preferences, work and life, and able to work with them every day.

Your team. Your Fit. Your edge.

This is how we set up your team.

In an introduction we look together at what counts for you, which sources have a say, and which folders and systems belong to it.
