MADE FOR ONE. MADE FOR YOU.

First, we get to know your world. Then we build your advantage.

You don’t need to spend months training your assistant. We start by getting to know you, your work and your world thoroughly. No empty chat window: your Oneeno is personally set up with the information you choose to make available.

FIVE STEPS

From first conversation to a team that works with you

This is how the set-up is designed. Which steps happen together with us and which largely by themselves, we discuss in the intake.

  1. 01

    Personal scan

    We get to know you.

Who are you? What do you want to achieve? How do you think, decide and work? What matters to you, personally and in business? Together we build your personal profile, with your consent.

    • A personal conversation: how you work, your goals, how you prefer to communicate.
    • Your private boundaries: what your assistant may and may not know or do.
  2. 02

    Business scan

    We map your business world.

Companies, projects, contacts, documents, systems, knowledge, processes and ambitions. We connect relevant sources and draw the links. We set the access rights per source and per company.

    • Companies, roles and project structure.
    • Consent per source, the key contacts and who may do what.
    • A knowledge map: what sits in which source, how often it changes and where the boundaries of a file lie. Not an all-knowing AI, but an overview.
  3. 03

    Assembling the team

    We assemble your team.

Digital specialists for your profession, your work and your ambitions. We record who researches what, what context that requires and when approval is needed.

    • Which specialists this work calls for, and which checks go with them.
    • Which actions may happen independently, and which become a proposal first.
    • What happens if something goes wrong: who gets alerted.
  4. 04

    Setting up and testing

We install and test your Oneeno.

Knowledge, connections, name, voice, preferences and ways of working come together in one assistant. We test real situations from work and life, confirm the boundaries and make visible what works.

    • Accounts, voice, app and workflows.
    • Running test assignments together from your own week.
    • Saying honestly what is not possible (yet).
  5. 05

    Working on together

From now on, your team works with you.

You talk, type or share a document. Your assistant understands the available context, divides the work and comes back with results or proposals. New knowledge and changes are processed according to your agreements. You stay in control.

    • New information arrives as a proposal; conflicts are flagged.
    • For assignments with consequences, your review comes first.
    • A visible log: what has been done and what the result is.

AFTER THE MEETING

You think. Your team keeps working.

You leave a meeting and you are already back in the car. Then it hits you: oh yes, I wanted to include that too. No waiting until you are back at your desk. You talk to your phone.

“Bloem, include this point too. Have the Critic take a look and update the presentation.”

Bloem is the assistant’s name in our examples. You choose your own name and voice.

  1. Meeting table with two executives in conversation

01 · You leave the meeting

The conversation has just ended; the point you still wanted to include comes back to you.

  2. Interior of a car on a mountain road at sunrise

02 · You say it, on the move

Hands-free in the car. Your assistant records the adjusted assignment and puts the right team members to work.

  3. 03 · The result is in your inbox

In the app, with status: ready to review, or waiting for your approval. Even after you have ended the voice call.

The team researches, adjusts a draft and reports what is ready or needs your approval.

THE DIFFERENCE

Why is this different from an AI chat?

An ordinary prompt often starts with gathering information all over again, rephrasing your question and following up on the answer. Oneeno starts from the context and agreements you set up earlier.

You start over every time with explanations and files.Your assistant knows the context you set up earlier.
You have to sit behind a screen. You speak an assignment wherever you are, in the car or on the train too.
The answer stops when you stop. The task carries on; the result appears in your inbox.
One model, one answer.Team members with their own role work together and check each other.
You keep track of what still needs doing. The assignment is on record, with status, until it is done.

Exactly when you think on the move “oh yes, that needs to go in too”, you tell your phone: your assistant processes the change, brings in the right team members, records the adjusted assignment and continues the task within the agreed permissions.

HONESTLY

What ‘knowing more’ really means

Not that software automatically holds all your personal or business data, and not that AI is infallible.

What it does mean:

  • Sources you choose to connect
  • Structured files
  • Knowledge from previous assignments
  • Relevant current information
  • Roles that work together
  • Memory kept with your consent

With sources cited and uncertainty made visible when it matters.

ONGOING

Your knowledge stays current

New documents and contacts can be added within the rules you set; your assistant checks changes, flags conflicts and asks for approval where needed. Onboarding is a starting point, not a one-off upload.

CONTROL

What you decide

Sources

Which sources are connected, and which are not.

Permissions

What may happen independently and what becomes a proposal first.

Privacy boundaries

What stays private, and who can see which knowledge.

Approvals

Payments and signatures stay with you. Reserved professional judgement stays with the people qualified to give it.

An assignment is only complete when an actual result or confirmation is visible.

Your data & control

Your next assignment doesn’t start with a blank screen.
