ONEENO FOR ORGANISATIONS

Your new colleaguedoesn’t start from zero.

You have found a good employee. The knowledge, experience and motivation are there. But knowing your organisation? That normally takes weeks. Sometimes months. Where are the documents? What have we agreed with clients? How do the processes work? Who knows what? What was decided last year? That knowledge often already exists, but it is spread across systems, folders and colleagues’ heads.

What if your new employee had that knowledge from the very first day? With Oneeno you give every new colleague a digital assistant, set up with the right company knowledge, professional information, working methods and contacts. Not as a replacement for colleagues, but as a personal guide who is always available.

New employee being welcomed in a bright office

FIRST WORKING DAY

Monday morning. First working day.

Your new account manager starts today. Normally he gets introductions, manuals, systems and agreements. Now he also gets his own Oneeno.

An experienced colleague guiding a new employee at the office

“Bloem, I have a meeting with client Van Dijk on Thursday. Tell me what I need to know and how we normally serve this client.”

Bloem is the assistant’s name in our examples. You choose your own name and voice.

On it: Assistant · Account knowledge · Conversation coach

  1. 01 · You say it

He asks the question on his first day.

    Status: Instruction recorded

  2. 02 · Your team works

The assistant searches the approved client information, earlier agreements, products and internal processes, within his rights.

Status: Under review by your team

  3. 03 · In your inbox

A briefing for Thursday and a practice run for the meeting.

Status: Ready to review, or waiting for your approval

The employee can ask follow-up questions and rehearse the meeting. If a new question comes up on the way there on Thursday, he doesn’t have to call a colleague to look something up. His assistant helps him further, within his access rights.

SHARED KNOWLEDGE, PERSONAL TEAM

Knowledge available to everyone who needs it

One shared knowledge base for the organisation. For each employee an assistant of their own, which sees only what belongs to the role.

SHARED

Organisational knowledge

Processes, client agreements, products, decisions: approved and opened up per role.

Employee 1 · own assistant

Documents and processes

No endless searching: explanations of information and workflows.

Employee 2 · own assistant

Clients and contacts

Relevant agreements, history and responsibilities at hand.

Employee 3 · own assistant

Training and guidance

Explanations at their own level and a safe place to practise.

Employee 4 · own assistant

Knowledge and access rights

Everyone gets only the information that fits their role; confidential material stays shielded.

Diagram: the shared knowledge sits in the centre, and each employee has an assistant of their own with rights per role. Employees’ personal data does not flow back into the shared knowledge.

FOR EXPERIENCED PEOPLE TOO

Experienced employees gain an advantage too

A new director

Doesn’t need months to discover how the organisation works.

A new adviser

Builds on previous projects.

A new sales manager

Gets the client history and commercial working methods.

When someone leaves

Valuable organisational knowledge need not be lost, provided the organisation can lawfully retain that data.

FOR THE EMPLOYER

What it delivers for the organisation

Less dependent on a few senior people

Questions that now land with the same experienced colleagues can go to the assistant first.

Onboarding you can repeat

Every new colleague starts with the same approved knowledge, instead of with whoever happens to have time.

Rights that move with people

With a new role or on departure, access and data are adjusted or closed as agreed.

Start small

Begin with one role as a pilot. We measure what it delivers in your own practice; we don’t name a return in advance that we haven’t measured.

SET-UP

How do we set this up?

We start with an organisation scan: departments, processes, information flows, roles and available knowledge. Then a shared business knowledge base with rights and boundaries per employee.

Next, a personal assistant for each employee, which connects to the company knowledge but learns that person’s own way of working.

One organisation. Shared knowledge. A personal team for every employee.

How Oneeno becomes yours: the five steps

WHAT WE SET UP FOR YOU

  • Departments, roles and processes
  • Handbooks and work instructions
  • Client agreements and CRM, per role
  • Products and services
  • Decisions and policy documents
  • Rights on joining, moving roles and leaving

Only with your permission, per source and per company.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

What your team does, and what it doesn’t

You decide the sources

Only what you choose to connect or make available, per source and per company, each with its own access rights.

Your approval where it counts

Payments and signatures stay with you. Anything with consequences is first set out as a proposal.

Status always visible

Draft, under review, completed or confirmation received: you see what has happened to every assignment. An assignment is only done when the result is there.

Digital roles, not qualified professionals

Your digital CFO or Lawyer prepares and checks. Where a qualified accountant, lawyer or adviser is required, you still need one.

Employees’ personal data and private work stay separate from the shared company knowledge.

What stays with the organisation when someone leaves follows the agreements and what the organisation may lawfully keep.

Your data & control

You have invested in good people.Give them an advantage too.

Less time spent searching and explaining. More time to contribute.

WHAT IT COSTS
