ONEENO FOR TRAINEES

New to the profession.Not unprepared.

You are starting your career. Everything is new. New colleagues, clients, systems, terms and expectations. Everyone around you has more experience. But that doesn’t mean you have to be behind.

Imagine having your own digital assistant from your very first working day, with access to the knowledge your role requires. A team that explains things, helps you prepare, assesses your ideas and works out assignments with you. You don’t need to know everything yet. Above all, you need to know how to move forward.

TO THE CLIENT TOMORROW

Your first important presentation

Tomorrow you get to join a visit to a major client. Your manager asks you to present part of it. You barely know the client yet. The file is extensive and you want to make a good impression. On your way home, you say:

Young professional walking through an office hall, smiling and talking into her phone

“Bloem, tell me everything I need to know for tomorrow. Why is this client important? What questions can I expect? And let’s rehearse my presentation.”

Bloem is the assistant’s name in our examples. You choose your own name and voice.

On it: Professor · Strategist · Critic · Presentation coach

  1. 01 · You say it

You ask your questions on the way home.

    Status: Instruction recorded

  2. 02 · Your team works

The Professor explains terms, the Strategist helps you grasp the big picture, the Critic asks tough questions and the Presentation coach rehearses with you.

Status: Under review by your team

  3. 03 · In your inbox

A short briefing on the client, the questions you can expect and feedback on your practice run.

Status: Ready to review, or waiting for your approval

Your assistant knows the project information your employer makes available. You don’t go home with piles of reading.

You go home with understanding and a plan.

A DAY

Learning while you work

  1. Young professional on the move in the city, phone to her ear

08:20 · On the bike or the train

You get to know the file.

Your assistant explains the key points. You ask questions and practise terms that are still new to you.

  2. Young employee presenting to colleagues in a bright meeting room

11:00 · Your first client meeting

    You are prepared.

You know the client, the background, the key figures and the questions you want to ask.

  3. Young professional reviewing notes on her phone

17:30 · After your working day

    You get better every day.

Your team helps you look back on the meeting, understand feedback and record new knowledge.

A GOOD START

A good start is more than a good job

Oneeno helps you make connections faster, ask well-prepared questions and communicate professionally.

Ask without holding back

If you don’t understand something, just ask. Even the same question three times.

Explanations at your level

Your digital team is patient and adapts the explanation to what you already know.

Practise before it counts

A conversation, a presentation or a tricky question: you rehearse with your team first.

Your own development

You keep track of your calendar, development, agreements and personal goals.

PERSONALLY SET UP

An advantage that grows with you

We set up Oneeno around your ambitions, education, role and interests. Your employer can make relevant company knowledge available, within role-based rights.

Over time your assistant shifts from explaining and guiding to analysis, execution and more complex assignments. You learn the profession yourself; Oneeno helps you with it every day.

How Oneeno becomes yours: the five steps

WHAT WE SET UP FOR YOU

  • Your role, education and learning goals
  • Project information your employer releases
  • Terms and expertise of your sector
  • Your calendar and personal goals

Only with your permission, per source and per company.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

What your team does, and what it doesn’t

You decide the sources

Only what you choose to connect or make available, per source and per company, each with its own access rights.

Your approval where it counts

Payments and signatures stay with you. Anything with consequences is first set out as a proposal.

Status always visible

Draft, under review, completed or confirmation received: you see what has happened to every assignment. An assignment is only done when the result is there.

Digital roles, not qualified professionals

Your digital CFO or Lawyer prepares and checks. Where a qualified accountant, lawyer or adviser is required, you still need one.

Your employer decides which company knowledge your assistant may use; your personal notes and goals stay yours.

Oneeno is for entrepreneurs and organisations: a trainee gets Oneeno through their employer or through a suitable business arrangement, not as a separate consumer purchase.

Your data & control

Your first working day. With your own team behind you.
