ONEENO FOR CONSULTANTS

Everything you know. Always with you.And a team that works with you.

You have built up knowledge for years. Developed methodologies. Delivered engagements. Written reports. Built client relationships. But how much of it can you use at exactly the right moment? That one report from three years ago. An important lesson from a previous engagement. A study published last week.

With Oneeno, the knowledge you have built becomes an active advantage. Not only on your laptop. On the way to the client too, while you prepare, straight after a meeting and whenever a new idea comes up.

A NEW CLIENT

Your own knowledge. Multiplied by a digital team.

Tomorrow you have a first meeting with a new client. Normally you start from scratch: downloading documents, searching previous engagements, building a presentation, checking current knowledge and preparing a proposal.

“Bloem, prepare my meeting with this client. Use my methodology, compare it with similar engagements and have the Critic test my approach.”

Bloem is the assistant’s name in our examples. You choose your own name and voice.

On it: Professor · Analyst · Critic

  1. 01 · You say it

You give the assignment on your way home.

    Status: Instruction recorded

  2. 02 · Your team works

The Professor looks up the latest developments; the Analyst makes connections with previous engagements; the Critic challenges your conclusions.

Status: Under review by your team

  3. 03 · In your inbox

A briefing and draft proposal with sources, built on your methodology, ready for you to review.

Status: Ready to review, or waiting for your approval

Your assistant knows your methodology. You get a proposal that builds on years of work.

You don’t start over. You start where your knowledge left off yesterday.

ON THE TRAIN

Say something occurs to you on the move

You are on the train. Yesterday’s meeting comes back to you. Perhaps you overlooked an important dependency. In the past you would have made a note. Maybe you would have thought about it tonight, back at your computer.

“Bloem, I don’t think the planning for project Delta is right. Check the dependencies, look at the previous project and adjust my presentation if needed.”

On it: Analyst · Critic

  1. 01 · You say it

You say it quietly, earphones in.

    Status: Instruction recorded

  2. 02 · Your team works

Your team checks the dependencies in the documents you have connected and compares them with the previous project.

Status: Under review by your team

  3. 03 · In your inbox

An adjusted draft slide with a change log: what changed and why.

Status: Ready to review, or waiting for your approval

While you travel on, your team examines the planning, checks earlier documents and prepares an adjusted version. You get the result back, including the reasons for the changes.

That is the difference between AI as a tool and AI as your own working team.

WHAT CHANGES

Your knowledge no longer gets scattered

Reports, models, presentations, client files and experience can be found and applied through your assistant.

Relevant sources, scientific insights and developments in your specialism are followed.

You deliver quality work faster

Analyses, quotes, workshops, reports and presentations based on your own methodology.

Your client relationships grow stronger

Earlier agreements, relevant developments and open questions stay at hand.

Client files stay separate

What you know for one client doesn’t end up in your work for another.

PERSONALLY SET UP

How we set up your Oneeno

We start with a personal and professional scan. We map your expertise, client types, methodologies, engagements, knowledge base, network and ways of working. From that we build your digital consultancy team, including specialists suited to your field and agreed access to client data.

Your personal assistant also knows your calendar, travel preferences and daily rhythm.

You remain the consultant. But you no longer have to do all the work alone.

How Oneeno becomes yours: the five steps

WHAT WE SET UP FOR YOU

  • Your methodology and models
  • Reports and presentations from previous engagements
  • Client files, shielded per client
  • Your own library and professional sources
  • Your network and open proposals
  • Calendar and travel preferences

Only with your permission, per source and per company.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

What your team does, and what it doesn’t

You decide the sources

Only what you choose to connect or make available, per source and per company, each with its own access rights.

Your approval where it counts

Payments and signatures stay with you. Anything with consequences is first set out as a proposal.

Status always visible

Draft, under review, completed or confirmation received: you see what has happened to every assignment. An assignment is only done when the result is there.

Digital roles, not qualified professionals

Your digital CFO or Lawyer prepares and checks. Where a qualified accountant, lawyer or adviser is required, you still need one.

Any change to your methodology or knowledge base comes to you first as a proposal. You decide what stays.

Your data & control

Your best knowledge deserves more than a place in an old project folder.

Let your expertise work for you. Every single day.

WHAT IT COSTS

For most consultants Executive fits (your business team plus extra team members for your field); Signature if you work across several companies or want the most personal set-up.
